How much DTF costs per metre
The rate is flat: €7/m ex VAT (linear metre, 60 cm usable width), with no tiers or compulsory bundles. The minimum order is 1 metre and the trade price is shown without VAT, so remember to add the VAT of the destination country (23 % in Ireland) before finalising a quote.
For one-off orders or proofs you have A4 sheets from €2.95 and A3 from €4.95, which save you paying for a whole metre when you only need a single design.
Cost per logo is what matters
Price per metre is misleading if you look at it alone. What pays off is the cost per logo, and that depends on how many designs you group onto each metre. The better you use the 60 cm width, the cheaper each piece works out.
To estimate the cost per logo, divide the current sheet price by the designs that actually fit. Add VAT and, where applicable, shipping and cutting; a layout estimate does not replace the builder total.
- Many identical or varied designs: linear metres, maximum efficiency.
- One or two individual pieces: A4 or A3, no sheet to lay out.
- Validate colour before producing: samples from €3.95.
What to add before giving a price
Before finalising the price for the end customer, add VAT (23 % in Ireland), the shipping for the area and, if applicable, the press time per garment. Shipping to Ireland and the rest of Europe is tracked, and the cost for your zone and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch requires confirmed payment and all files approved before 12:00, subject to the workshop calendar and capacity. Carrier transit starts after dispatch.
