022. Purpose and scope of application

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website dtf.pro (hereinafter, "the website" or "the platform"), owned by DTF.pro. Use of the website confers the status of user and entails full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions set out herein, in the version published at the time of access.

DTF.pro is a platform for on-demand, bespoke DTF (Direct-to-Film) textile printing. Through the website, the user may order, among others, the following services and products, all of them made to order in accordance with the specifications and files provided by the user themselves:

  • DTF by the metre, on a 60 cm wide roll, at a price of €7/m plus VAT, from 1 metre.
  • DTF sheets in A4 and A3 formats.
  • A "by repeats" service for repeated designs on a single sheet.
  • Online configuration of the print sheet (gang sheet builder), with the user uploading and arranging their own files and designs.

The specific terms of purchase, prices, timescales, methods of payment and delivery, as well as the returns policy, are set out in detail in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which supplement this Legal Notice and prevail over it as regards the contractual sales relationship.

033. Terms of use of the website

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the website and of the services accessible through it, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and the provisions of this Legal Notice. Access to certain features may require the creation of a customer account; in such a case, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding their login credentials.

The website offers, among other features, registration and sign-in, the uploading of design files, the configuration of sheets through the online editor and the saving of templates for subsequent use. The user is solely responsible for the content and files that they upload, configure or store through the platform.

Prices are shown by default exclusive of VAT. The amount of applicable VAT and the delivery costs are calculated and shown as an itemised breakdown before the order is confirmed and paid for. The cut-off time for same-day production is 12:00; orders confirmed after this time are processed on the next working day, unless otherwise indicated.

044. Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the website and its constituent elements—including, by way of example and without limitation, the trading name DTF.pro, the distinctive signs and trade marks, the graphic design, the source code, the navigation structures, the databases, the texts, the images and, in particular, the sheet configuration tool (gang sheet builder)—belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by the applicable national and European Union legislation.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the website's content without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Access to the website does not grant the user any right or title over the intellectual or industrial property rights in its content.

With regard to the files, designs and other content that the user uploads or creates through the platform: the user retains ownership of their own content and represents and warrants that they hold all the rights necessary for its processing and printing, releasing DTF.pro from any liability arising from the infringement of third-party rights (including copyright, trade marks or image rights). The user grants DTF.pro a limited, non-exclusive licence, for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service (processing, printing and, where applicable, storing the template for the user's own future use).

055. Liability and exclusion of warranties

DTF.pro does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted, continuous operation of the website. To the extent legally permissible, the owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a lack of availability, or from errors, interruptions or technical failures of the website, nor from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties beyond its control.

The owner accepts no liability for the quality, accuracy or fidelity of the printed result where this stems from files provided by the user with insufficient resolution, unsuitable colour profiles, configuration errors or other characteristics of the uploaded designs themselves, given that these are bespoke products made in accordance with such specifications.

The website may contain links to third-party pages or resources. DTF.pro assumes no liability whatsoever for the content, services, policies or practices of such external sites, whose inclusion does not imply any recommendation, association or endorsement. Liability for such resources rests solely with their respective owners.

066. User obligations

The user undertakes not to use the website or the services for unlawful purposes or effects, or for purposes that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, render unusable or impair the website or prevent its normal enjoyment. In particular, and without limitation, the user undertakes to:

  • Provide truthful information and keep the data in their customer account up to date.
  • Not upload or configure files or designs that infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or other third-party rights.
  • Not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or contrary to the law, public morals or public order.
  • Not introduce or disseminate viruses or malicious code, or carry out any action that may alter, damage or overload the platform or its systems.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, other users' accounts or the owner's systems.
  • Diligently safeguard their login credentials and report any unauthorised use of their account.

The user shall be liable for any loss or damage of any nature that DTF.pro may suffer as a result of a breach of any of the foregoing obligations.

077. Data protection and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Detailed information on the purposes, the legal basis, the retention periods, the recipients and the exercise of rights is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. First-party technical cookies—necessary for the website to function, such as those for the session, the shopping basket and theme and language preferences—do not require consent. Analytics and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel, are only activated with the user's prior consent, which may be given, refused or withdrawn through the cookie settings panel. Full details can be found in the Cookie Policy.

088. Payment, deliveries and dispute resolution

The available payment methods are card payment through the Redsys payment gateway (with redirection to the bank's secure payment page) and bank transfer; cash on delivery is not offered. Deliveries are made within Spain and Europe by courier (GLS / Correos via SendCloud), with delivery times being purely indicative. The specific terms of payment, delivery and returns are set out in detail in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, consumers may have recourse to the official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones), the Consumer Arbitration Boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) or an alternative dispute resolution entity accredited under Spanish Law 7/2017 of 2 November.

As these are products that are clearly personalised and made to measure in accordance with the user's specifications and files, the right of withdrawal generally provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, does not apply, as detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the statutory guarantees for lack of conformity.

099. Amendments to the Legal Notice

DTF.pro reserves the right to amend, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the website, as well as this Legal Notice, in order to bring them into line with legislative or case-law developments or with changes to the services offered.

Amendments shall take effect from the time they are published on the website. Users are advised to review this Legal Notice each time they access the platform, as the version in force shall be the one published at dtf.pro at the time of each access or purchase.

1010. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.

Where the user qualifies as a consumer or user within the meaning of Spanish and European Union legislation, the competent jurisdiction shall be that determined in accordance with consumer protection legislation, which may not be undermined by the provisions of this Legal Notice.
