Terms of purchase

General terms and conditions of sale governing the purchase of custom DTF textile printing products from DTF.pro.

Last updated: 2026-06-10

011. Subject matter and parties to the contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the commercial relationship between NEROLF S.L.U., owner of the website dtf.pro and of the trade name DTF.pro (hereinafter, "DTF.pro", "we" or "the seller"), and any natural or legal person who places an order through the website (hereinafter, the "Customer").

The business of DTF.pro is custom, on-demand DTF (Direct-to-Film) textile printing: DTF by the metre (60 cm wide roll, from 1 metre), A4 and A3 sheets and the "by repeats" service. The Customer uploads their own files and configures the gang sheet online using the gang sheet builder. All products are made to measure in accordance with the specifications and files supplied by the Customer.

These Terms are drawn up in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and with all other applicable Spanish and European Union legislation. Placing an order entails full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version published at the time of purchase.

022. Purchase process and conclusion of the contract

The purchase is carried out entirely online through dtf.pro. The process follows these steps, which the Customer goes through before confirming the order:

  • Configure the gang sheet and upload the file: the Customer chooses the product (DTF by the metre, A4/A3 sheets or the by-repeats service), sets the dimensions and uploads their own designs in the online builder.
  • Basket: the Customer reviews the selected products, quantities and dimensions, and may amend or remove them before continuing.
  • Order details: the Customer provides their billing and delivery details. Having a customer account (registration and login) makes it possible to upload files, save templates and speed up future orders, although it is not essential in order to make a purchase.
  • Summary and confirmation: before payment, the complete order summary is displayed, with a breakdown of price, VAT and delivery charges. The Customer must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy in order to complete the order.
  • Order confirmation: once completed, the Customer receives a confirmation by email setting out the order details.

The contract is deemed to be concluded at the moment when DTF.pro confirms the order by email. As the products are made expressly to measure, once the order has been confirmed and sent to production it cannot, as a general rule, be amended or cancelled; if the Customer detects an error, they must report it immediately through the customer service channels and, if production has not yet begun, we will endeavour to accommodate the request.

The contract is concluded in Spanish. The Customer may consult and file these Terms before confirming the purchase; DTF.pro keeps the electronic record of the orders placed.

033. Prices, taxes and delivery charges

Prices are shown by default excluding VAT, since a significant proportion of DTF.pro's customers are professionals and businesses. The reference price for DTF by the metre is 7 € per metre plus VAT, with a minimum order of 1 metre; the A4/A3 sheets and the by-repeats service have their price indicated on each product.

Before payment is made, the applicable VAT in accordance with the legislation in force and the delivery charges are shown clearly and itemised in the order summary, so that the Customer knows the final total amount before confirming the purchase. No hidden charges or additional costs are applied after confirmation.

The prices in force are those published on the website at the time the order is placed. DTF.pro reserves the right to amend prices at any time; any such change will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of an obvious typographical error in a price, DTF.pro will inform the Customer, who may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the price is invoiced without VAT, as these are territories excluded from the scope of mainland Spanish VAT. The recipient may have to pay the applicable IGIC or IPSI on delivery and, where applicable, the carrier's customs handling charges; these amounts are not included in the price and do not depend on DTF.pro.

044. Methods of payment

The Customer may pay for their order using the following methods of payment:

  • Credit or debit card: secure payment through the Redsys payment gateway. Upon confirming the order, the Customer is redirected to the bank's secure payment page, where they enter their card details; those details at no time pass through DTF.pro's servers, nor are they stored by DTF.pro. The order enters production once the payment has been confirmed.
  • Bank transfer: the Customer receives the bank details and the amount to transfer. Production of the order begins once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

DTF.pro will issue and retain the corresponding receipt for each transaction. The availability of the methods of payment may vary and will be shown at the relevant time during the purchase process.

055. Files, order details and review

As the products are printed directly from the material supplied by the Customer, the Customer is solely responsible for the files and for the order details. The Customer warrants that the files meet the technical requirements necessary for correct printing and, in particular, that:

  • They are supplied in a suitable format, with sufficient resolution and at their actual print size.
  • They are prepared with a transparent background (no background) where the technique so requires, since white is printed as ink.
  • The dimensions, quantities, colours and layout configured on the gang sheet are correct and correspond to what the Customer wishes to receive.

DTF.pro may carry out a basic review of the files to check that they are processable and to detect obvious issues (for example, a missing transparent background or clearly insufficient resolution). This review does NOT include redesign, vectorisation, colour correction, layout or design-recreation services. Approval or release to production does not imply that DTF.pro assumes responsibility for the technical or aesthetic suitability of the file supplied.

DTF.pro is not liable for defects in the final result arising from files that are of low quality, poorly prepared, with incorrect dimensions or colours, or from erroneous order details supplied by the Customer. We recommend carefully checking the preview and the summary before confirming.

066. Intellectual property in the Customer's designs

The Customer represents and warrants that they own all intellectual and industrial property rights in the designs, images, logos, trade marks, text and any other content uploaded to the platform, or that they hold the authorisations and licences necessary for its reproduction and printing.

DTF.pro acts merely as a printer of the material supplied and does not carry out any checks on ownership of rights. The Customer shall keep DTF.pro indemnified against any claim, penalty, loss or damage of any nature, including legal defence costs, that may arise from the infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or any other third-party rights as a result of the files printed at the Customer's request.

DTF.pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel, without giving rise to any compensation, orders whose content is manifestly unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is contrary to the law, to morality or to public order. The Customer's files are used solely to produce their order and are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

077. Production, timescales, dispatch and delivery

The cut-off time for entering same-day production is 12:00. Orders confirmed, with payment verified where applicable, before that time enter production that same working day; those received afterwards are processed on the next working day. Production and delivery timescales are indicative and may vary depending on the volume of work, the type of product and the carrier's availability.

Dispatch is to Spain and to other European countries by carrier (GLS or Correos, managed through SendCloud). Delivery charges are calculated and shown in the order summary before payment, based on the destination and on the weight or volume.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. In the event of an issue during transit (delay, loss, damage or failed delivery), the Customer must notify DTF.pro as soon as possible so that we can pursue the claim with the carrier. We recommend checking the condition of the parcel at the time of receipt and recording any visible anomaly with the courier.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the tax and customs particularities set out in clause 3 (prices and taxes) apply: the price is invoiced without VAT and the recipient may have to pay the IGIC or IPSI and the carrier's customs handling charges on delivery.

088. Invoicing

DTF.pro will issue an invoice for each order with the billing details provided by the Customer, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete billing details (including the Tax ID (NIF) where applicable) before confirming the order.

The invoice will be made available to the Customer by electronic means. Any correction of billing details must be requested through the customer service channels as soon as possible.

099. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article 103(c) of the TRLGDCU (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all DTF.pro products are made to measure from the Customer's files and specifications, orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal and, as a general rule, are not eligible for exchange or return.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the Customer's rights in the event of a defective product, a production error attributable to DTF.pro or a lack of conformity. These cases, the time limits and the claims procedure are set out in detail in the Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

1010. Legal guarantee and liability

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in the TRLGDCU. DTF.pro is liable for any lack of conformity and for manufacturing defects that become apparent in accordance with the law. Where the Customer acts as a consumer, they have the benefit of the time limits and rights legally recognised for consumer goods.

The guarantee does not cover defects or results arising from misuse of the product, from incorrect application or transfer of the DTF to the textile, from normal wear and tear, or those originating in files or order details supplied by the Customer in accordance with clause 5. DTF.pro's liability is in any event limited to the value of the affected product, without prejudice to such liabilities as consumer legislation establishes on a mandatory basis.

1111. Customer service and complaints

For any query, issue or complaint relating to an order, the Customer may contact DTF.pro through the following channels. We will deal with complaints in the shortest possible time.

1212. Dispute resolution

The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disagreement arising from these Terms amicably through the customer service channels before resorting to other avenues.

For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the Customer may have recourse to the official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones), the Consumer Arbitration Boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) or an alternative dispute resolution entity accredited under Spanish Law 7/2017 of 2 November. The Customer may also direct their complaints to the competent consumer authorities.

1313. Data protection, applicable law and amendments

The processing of the Customer's personal data (customer account, order management, invoicing and delivery) is governed by the Privacy Policy. Analytics and marketing (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) are activated only with the Customer's consent; the seller's own technical cookies necessary for the session, the basket and the theme and language preferences do not require consent. The details are set out in the Cookies Policy.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation shall be competent to resolve any dispute; where the Customer acts as a consumer, the court of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction, and no jurisdiction other than that provided for by law may be imposed.

DTF.pro may amend these Terms at any time, for example in order to adapt them to legislative changes or to the operation of the service. The version applicable to each order will be the one published at dtf.pro at the time the order is placed. If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will retain their full validity.
